Fire up the pit, keep the smoke rolling, and stake your claim as the pitmaster hero of the block — one perfectly pulled rack of ribs at a time. It's an 8-bit-flavored cooking adventure built in-house with Godot, sitting right in your browser.

What it is

Smoke & Fire is a cooking adventure with a chiptune heart. You're running a backyard pit that's becoming a neighborhood institution — managing the fire, timing the meat, and building a reputation one plate at a time.

• Pit management. Keep the fire burning and the smoke steady. Manage heat and timing to get each cook right.
• A living neighborhood. Regulars drop by with orders and stories. The more you nail, the bigger your legend grows.
• Full chiptune soundtrack. Original 8-bit music and sound effects scored for the game.

Play it

The game runs entirely in your browser — no download, no install. Hit play above and jump straight onto the pit. It's still in active development, so expect the pit to keep growing.

How it's built

Smoke & Fire is built with Godot, exported to the web, and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The soundtrack and sound effects are original, composed in-house for the game.
